Today was my first visit at Kempston Dental Practise and it has honestly been the best 5 * experience from start to finish.

The first thing I noticed on arrival was just how welcoming all the staff were, everyone I came into contact with, even while I was waiting to be seen greeted me with a friendly smile and a hello, I have never experienced this in any other practice.

I was seen by Dr Suraj Malde who was super friendly, calming and professional, within seconds I instantly felt relaxed and at ease, he took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. Hannah his assistant was also very attentive and caring throughout. They honestly both went above and beyond to make my first visit a relaxing and comfortable one. I’ve always been a very nervous patient but after my first visit here I can honestly say I feel I’m in good hands.

Very pleased with the service provided for my consultation.

I was made to feel at ease at all times and the Consultant explained my options clearly.

Had a broken tooth on. Sunday morning and I was seen quickly, restoration completed and crown ordered. Even though there was a slight delay in the crowns arrival, the reception staff helped warn me, rebook my appointment and keep me posted. The crown was applied properly and once I was comfortable with my bite was in and out within 30 mins. Nurse Sharon and Dr Suraj Malde were excellent.

I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service and care provided by dr surey malde and his exceptional assistant Sharon at kempston dental practice From the moment I walked in, my anxiety about being in the dentist’s chair was met with patience, understanding, and genuine care.

Dr surey malde room 1 is an absolute gem in his field! His professionalism combined with a genuine concern for his patients’ comfort is truly commendable. He took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the treatments, easing my anxiety by discussing the procedures in detail and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. His expertise is evident in his work, making him one of the best dentists I’ve ever encountered.

Equally impressive was his assistant, whose politeness, kindness, and exceptional skill made every visit a pleasant experience. Her support and calming presence during treatments were invaluable, and her dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly is truly admirable.

The combination of dr surey Malde in room 1 and his assistant Sharon professionalism, patience, and genuine care has completely transformed my perspective on dental visits. They are a true credit to your surgery, and I am incredibly grateful for their outstanding service.

Excellent dentist best i have been to in Bedfordshire

I called in January 2023 as my back tooth had broken and I wanted something done about a tooth that was discolouring. I asked the receptionist if they did sedation as I am a very nervous patient. She said they did so I booked the appointment. After paying £91 I saw the dentist for a check up and then told me the person who does the sedation is on maternity leave so I would not be able to be sedated. Not sure how they did not know she was pregnant when I had made the appointment. They said they would refer me to Bedford hospital but they actually referred me to another dentist. They called me but advised they didn’t do sedation so they referred me back to the original dentist. I was then referred again – to be told they don’t do sedation but they would refer me to the hospital. It is now November and my tooth still hasn’t been extracted. I have now gone to another dentist and they are finally removing my tooth the end of the week. They finally offered me a treatment of injecting white into my discoloured tooth at a cost of £450.00 which I declined as it meant attending for 3/4 weeks every week for 10 minutes of work.

So when I attend to have my tooth out with my new dental practice – I am being sedated, I am having my tooth out, they are going to put a crown on my discoloured tooth and they are going to clean my teeth.

Now this dental practice are sending me reminders to say I need a check up. You will never get me back into this place again. Terrible service – in fact they should be refunding me the money I paid for the check up. I knew what the issues were so I didn’t need to pay that amount of money to then not be able to have anything done.

I had a very good hygienist called Maria, who was very understanding and patient with me, I would recommend her. And my teeth feel amazing.

I and my daughter simply must thank Dr Suray Malde & nurse Sharon for making her dental experience as painless as possible. You are the best dentist she has ever been to, and exactly what we were looking for in a dentist. Nurse Sharon and Dr Suray Malde just a perfect team – my daughter doesn’t afraid even tooth extraction anymore!

We saw Alison and Elisia earlier this week. My daughter needed a tooth extracted prior to a brace fitting. Alison explained the whole process talking her through every step. The process was quick with no complications. We have seen Alison as a dentist for many years now and would highly recommend her.

I visited the practice yesterday for my routine annual check.

Being over 80, with mobility problems I found the reception staff most welcoming and helpful.

Upon leaving the premises, one of the reception staff insisted on helping me to my wife’s car despite the very heavy rain. A kindness which was much appreciated.
