Kate’s professional background is quite different from dentistry, as she is a trained singer. She studied musical theatre and drama at the Cumbria Institute of the Arts and pursued further training in Opera Studies.

Before transitioning to dentistry, Kate owned and operated a ‘Monkey Music’ franchise in Bedfordshire, working with young children. She also served as the Front of House Manager at a theatre in Radlett.

In 2022, Kate made the switch to the dental field, starting as a Practice Operations Manager. She joined Kempston Dental Practice as our Operations Practice Manager in July and has quickly adapted, enjoying the process of learning about the practice and getting to know our patients.

In her free time, Kate loves taking long walks with her three dogs, going to the theatre, performing with a local amateur dramatics society, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
