Out of Hours Emergency Service – As one of our patients, if you are experiencing dental problems, your telephone enquiry will be dealt with by one of our own practitioners. The dentist will assess your problem, offer advice and if necessary see you out of hours to resolve your dental problem as quickly as possible. In addition there are absolutely no call out fee to DPAS patients
Highest level of Infection Control– This is something we take great pride in and thus we have two dedicated decontamination and infection control leads who will always make sure you and your family are in a clean, safe environment. We follow the strictest disinfection policy compliant to go above and beyond our Care Quality Commission and the Department Of Health HTM01-05 expectations.
Saturday and late night appointments– For patients with busy schedules, Kempston Dental Practice offers Saturday and late night appointments, providing a convenient solution for your busy schedule.
Ground floor surgery– A new dental room was added in 2021 on the ground floor for those who can find it difficult to climb the stairs or have mobility issues. We listened to our patients and had this installed to allow our patients to visit us with ease and comfort.
Brand new high end dental surgeries– All our surgeries are recently refurnished with air conditioning, TVs and digital x rays allowing everyone to have a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Disabled Parking – Our car park is reserved for blue badge holders only. There is also free parking along nearby streets or under the Saxon Centre near Sainsburys.
A Fantastic Team – We are always complimented about how friendly and approachable our front of house team and nurses are. Many of our staff have been with us for over 10 years and patients get to know everyone on a personal level. Communication is key to us and we are always here to listen and answer any questions.
Mouth cancer screening – Mouth cancer is a malignant growth that can occur in any part of the mouth, including the tongue, lips and throat. Mouth cancers have a higher proportion of deaths per number of cases than breast cancer, cervical cancer or skin melanoma. The mortality rate is just over 50% because of late detection. A complimentary mouth cancer screening is incorporated in your regular dental checkups to allow early detection of abnormalities in the mouth.
