Rebecca started her career as a dental nurse in 2003 and after several years in differing areas of dentistry decided to further her career and train to be a dental hygienist and therapist and graduated from Kings College hospital London in 2012.
Rebecca prides herself on her gentle and caring approach and tailoring her treatments and advice to each patients individual needs.
Rebecca got married in 2015 where she gained her unusual surname and lives locally in Bedford with her husband and 2 daughters.
In her free time she enjoys going for family walks in the countryside, and watching rugby.

Maria gradated with a degree in Dental Hygiene and Therapy at the University of Portsmouth.
Her approach in dentistry is very much patient-centered. She thrives on working collaboratively in a team to provide high-quality care and enable patients to be in control of their own oral health. Likewise, she highly believes in preventive dentistry and works alongside patients to embrace this philosophy.
Maria is particularly interested in the topic of mental health. Upon graduating Maria achieved the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy/Oralieve prize for best research project, which investigated the impact of a Covid-19 restricted educational environment on dental care professional students stress levels. Maria also contributed to hosting a webinar on behalf of the British society of periodontology which focused on mental health in dentistry hosted ‘For Students, By Students’. Furthermore, Maria recently received the award of ‘Student of the Year 2022’ by the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy/Oralieve.
